National salary average for team truck driving jobs is based on a 4,500-mile week in US trucking companies; 2020 data from Zip Recruiter. The calculation above is an estimate and does not guarantee exact amounts. All amounts shown are pre-tax. Eligibility of 6-month raises depends on driver performance and is at the discretion of GP Transco. An additional amount of 5 cents is added to the pay, which is the current average that comes from accessorial pay (extra stops, layover, breakdown, etc.) as of April 2021. Accessorial amounts may vary.
TEAM DRIVERS
TOTAL PAY:
BASE pay of 75 CPM +
Expected Accessorial Pay: 5 CPM
Fuel utilization bonus: monthly 1 CPM
78-81 CPM
6-MONTH RAISES
As one of the best team driving companies, our top-performing drivers receive a 1 cpm raise every 6 months. Qualification depends on safety, performance, communication, proper management of hours of service, and professionalism. Ask your team trucking company recruiter for more information.
