All amounts shown are pre-tax. Eligibility of 6-month raises depends on driver performance and is at the discretion of GP Transco. An additional amount of 5 cents is added to the pay, which is the current average that comes from accessorial pay (extra stops, layover, breakdown, etc.) as of April 2021. Accessorial amounts may vary.
Expected Accessorial Pay: 5 CPM
Fuel utilization bonus: monthly 1 CPM
Top-performing drivers receive a 1 cpm raise every 6 months. Qualification depends on safety, performance, communication, proper management of hours of service, and professionalism. Ask your recruiter for more information.

All salary estimates are based on a 4,500-mile week and a driver continuously maintaining an OTP status. The $1,250 weekly guarantee is based on the average of 2 weeks of work - in order to qualify, the driver must average less than $1,250 during the 2-week period (pre-tax). 6-month raises are available to qualifying drivers, based on driver performance, safety, and efficient fuel utilization. Maximum raise: 1 cpm every 6 months. Drivers opting out of having an optional driver-facing camera reduces his or her base pay by 2cpm. GP Transco company drivers earn a base of 60cpm during their first year with the company. Accessorial pay such as breakdowns, extra stops, layover, etc. typically adds 4-5 more cpm as of April 2021. The FUEL bonus program adds another 1 cpm to the drivers in the top half of the fleet in terms of efficient fuel utilization.
