GP Transco, a transportation and logistics company out of Joliet IL is currently looking for a Director of Driver Recruiting – an individual with experience in leading a team of recruiters who can bring knowledge and expertise to our recruiting efforts. A great candidate should have strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, proficiency in the Microsoft suite, and the ability to set, measure, and execute recruiting goals while working closely with the marketing team. Experience with Tenstreet is a plus.
Director of Driver Recruitment Responsibilities:
We expect for the Director of Driver Recruiting to take ownership of the entire recruiting process (not including marketing/lead generation) and optimize it by maximizing resources and adding to our current team of recruiters. Setting realistic and clear benchmarks for the recruiting team is key, as well as gaining understanding into the conversion rates depending on lead sources and other factors. This is an analytical role that requires continuous re-evaluation and improvement, as well as an understanding of the capabilities of each of our recruiters.
This is a full-time in-office (not remote) position. The Director of Driver Recruiting will work out of our new headquarters in Joliet IL, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.
Compensation and Benefits:
$70,000 - $100,000/year, depending on experience
