Customer Service Representative

GP Transco Colombia division was recently established as a satellite office to provide direct support to our operations. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Sales Team as a Customer Service Representative.

Inbound/outbound calls
Data entry - document actions by completing reports, logs and records
Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received
Providing driver updates to the customers and brokers
Assisting drivers with directions, breakdowns, load information
Problem solving while under pressure
Possess strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, i.e. load boards, email, transportation programs
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
High school degree
MUST multi-task in a fast paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
Self-motivated problem-solver that has a strong desire to meet our company needs
Accurate data entry
